I think Cow Parsley adds such a lot to our verges in
May the trees have their blossom which is absolutely
beautiful but I feel that the extra of the lacy
white tops of the cow parsley add another dimension
which is like it putting high lights along the top
of the grass. I could not resist these orange
poppies and have enjoyed painting the flower heads
with thick rough paint to match their vibrancy and
then for contrast I have detailed the leaves quite
finely.
