The colour, the smell, the atmosphere, the haze all these feelings come flooding back when you look across the landscape and see the bluish mauve out line of these distant trees I recall times travelling across France and reliving those beautiful distant vistas and all the memories and nostalgia that accompany these images.

Here I am again reliving that atmosphere but here I add the red hawthorn which is a blossom tree that I have loved for years its the very rich pink of the buds that brightens up to the gorgeous pink of the blossom that inspires me.
